Body has decided to revolt!

Urg!! My fitness has been going so well, was running fine, but then my bodey decided to "break down" that's what my bf called it all my muscles that have been recently exercised are soo sore like day after hard workout sore just worse (the day before it started I just did pushups, and didn't even run :?).. And I have a knot in my calf.. Anyone have ideas why or how this has happened? To say the least feeling depro about this whole situation, nvm being called the hobbler at home hah! suuuucks to not be able to do my normal routine! Ok I'm done having my pity party rant :P Thanks 4 reading

I feel your pain. Lol. I changed my routine up and now I'm sleeping on ice packs and heating pads. Lol hobbling around and grunting like some crazy unknown creature. I hope this doesn't last to long. Good luck! Keep moving just sitting around usually makes things worse.0

Kage, I started c25k about.. 4-5 months ago, was running for about 25 minutes 3x a week, tho my achilles was buggering around, which it has always done.. And then body weight exercises, cos I'm away from any actual weights atm..
Carrie, literally LoLed right now! Sounds like me!! Haha,Thanks. I've also been icing myself and taking anti inflammatories.. Wonderful lil things oh and then massaging with deep heat which sounds counterproductive now that I think of it hmm..0 -
Listen to your body. If you feel like chit and it's asking you for rest then take a day off or however long necessary.0
