High natural sugar

Hi
I'm on day 3 of being as good as I can. However I tend to eat lots of fruit, purely because I love it!
Problems is i'm going quite a bit over my sugar limit ( although under everything else)
Will I be ok? can anyone suggest alternatives for me to reduce sugar?

don't worry about it, just be sure to stay within your calorie goal and get enough protein. Fruits are a great source of micronutrients and if the carbs in fruits are harmful we'd better all go to our local zoos and tell the zookeepers to stop giving fruit to all the other species of primates too. Unless you have an actual medical condition that means you have to be careful about sugar (e.g. diabetes) then really don't worry about it.
ETA: and sounds like you're doing great, keep it up :drinker:0 -
I go over my sugar daily, with at least +40. And it's all because of fruits and vegetables, don't worry.0
