SO ADDICTED TO CARBS

I am a carb addict.
I really want to be in ketosis mode, but that's my problem! And I get most of my carbs from fruit, not grains. But that's also a problem, because sugars are carbs. How do I reduce my carb intake? I just love my fruit too much.
And what are some high fat/protein breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks?
I just realised how many carbs I eat.

Hi,
you've said you really want to be in ketosis! Is there any particular reason you are looking to go down this route?
Also what's your stats (i.e. weight height) and what's your end goal?

Personally, from one carb addict to another, moderation is the way to go. I'm losing weight just fine while still getting my carb fix.0 -
