Throat sweets!

Hey Guys,

I have been cutting down my food and exercising at least 4 times a week for about a month now! However I have only just started to track my calories.

This week I have felt a flu coming on and today it has come out, I have brought some hall throat sweets to help, although I have just looked at the packet and they seem to be reasonably high in calories - not impressed!!! :(

Do I count these in within my daily log?

    Also get some zinc and start taking that daily it will help boost you're immune system.

    Ah ok! I guess it will make we wary on how many I eat!

    I'll look into that one, I'm normally not to bad, however everyone in my household has this flu so there's no getting away!

    You can also add a little cayenne pepper to soups and such. It aids in healing with negligible calories.
