Hiya i've jsut joined today after finding this app on my i Phone and i'm thanking the lord already (i didnt realise there were so many calories in a tuna baguette until today!!)

I'm trying to get fitter and heathier in general because im the heaviest i've ever been and im noticing it more lately, feel a bit old before my time. I will also hopefully lose some weight before my wedding next June which is in Cyprus so the slimmer i am the better in that heat i think.

I've got no one to really support me even those around me which are also saying they want to lose weight are somehow sabotaging my efforts by tempting me with lovely (but evil) takeaways and nights out on the town (cider is so calorific its not funny)

anyway any help and buddies appreciated xx

    Welcome to MFP! Keeping track of your calories can be a real eye opener but it's the best way to get on track. Good luck reaching your goal!
