    I will be recording my weight every Monday, regardless of loss or gain.

    I will be recording my weight every Monday, regardless of loss or gain.

    I used to weigh in on Mondays and found that it was my worst result day. Weekends are usually when I allow myself a treat or two so I found switching to Fridays gave me the rest of the week to correct what I did on the weekend. I also find it much easier to reduce calories during the week while I'm at work.

    Yes I record loss or gain or no change.

    I weigh once a week and record that.

    Regardless of which day you record, the weekly trend should still be downwards whether the daily record day is worst of the week or not?
