Confused about calorie trackers

So, I have been using tap and track - which, when I fill everything out, tells me I can eat 884 calories a day. When I add my normal daily kickboxing, it jumps me to 1769 per day.
However, I just checked out SparkPeople, which tells me I'm supposed to eat 1200-1400 per day - regardless of if I kickbox that day or not. If I burn 884 calories per day on SparkPeople that only leave my body 300-400 to do everything else per day - that seems low?

What you eat minus the calories you burn exercising should always be equal or greater than your BMR. Eating below your BMR is depriving your body of energy it needs to essential functions like metabolism. 1200 is the bare minimum anyone should eat, but most generally need more than that. (As an example, I am 5'5 162 pounds and my calorie goal is 1525/day and I've been steadily losing on that).
