On a good path

Hello everyone my name is Michael and I have been logging my food intake on MFP for over 40 days now. I have been using MFP in conjunction with T-25 and I have lost 20 pounds so for. From 248 to 228 in just 10 weeks, and I have never been happier with my results before. Proper nutrition and exercise are all we need to improve our lives. I was amazed by how much I was over eating. Once I started measuring my portions and computing everything I was shocked again at how much food I can actually eat and still be less than 1500 net calories a day. So my journey on this new path has been nothing short of amazing and I am continuing my regimen. My goal is to get down to about 175, 180 ish, I have been there before, but not for a long time. So to anyone out there who has struggled with their weight their entire lives like I have, just keep on pushing and working hard, in the end you will get what you put in.
