    Nope, but I'm pretty sure I've looked similar whilst lifting or really wailing on the heavy bag.

    By the way...here is my face, pretty sure I wouldn't be winning a beauty contest...but then again, close to 400lbs on several reps will strain you a bit.

    That's exactly what happened. It's says so in one of the captions...the photographer asked them to "over emphasize".

    Such a waste of internets.
