My experience with the maymyride app was the app way over calculated my calories. I would suggest endomondo.0

I used my treadmill this morning 2.5-3 MPH for 33 minutes and burned 507 per HRM. I believe this because it seems to be about average for when I work out. Depends on weight and age and all that stuff. If it wasn't for my HRM telling me this time and time again, I'd never believe it.
This seems extremely optimistic.I don't think walking 2.5 to 3mph will burn 1,000 calories in an hour. Running at a decent clip will I think, but not walking. Maybe half that. Maybe. Treadmills are notoriously off on the calorie estimates.
