Hello. I am new here cause I want to track how much I eat cause I exercise but I can't lose weight. I have always been at my current weight (125 lbs) for the longest time and I hate it cause it looks so disgusting but my diet is very unhealthy and I eat too much or too little. I need moderate my meals. I like to skip rope and that is my only form of exercise except for when I am working on the salesfloor. I am average for my age standing at about 5' 5'' tall/short I don't know if I am tall or short but All my weight likes to settle in my stomach when my arms and legs are skinnier to the rest of my torso. Comment please!
