Hi All,
I have been working out 3-4 times per week (from doing nothing prior) for about 50 minutes in a combination of step aerobics and regular aerobics classes. I've been working hard on eating better and eating less, but have had a few "backsliding" days, though nothing worse than how I was living before.
I have only gained and lost the same two pounds in a month.
Am I doing something wrong?

It's hard to know because we can't look at your diary /:
Are you logging every day? And is it truly accurate, or are you doing a lot of guesstimating?0 -
Yes, not being honest with yourself.
It does not matter if your 'backsliding' days were not as bad as they once were, they have been bad enough not to put you at a calorie deficit for the week.0
