What to do, What to do?

Pretty new to lifting, but I go for heavy, less reps.
My arm/ Ab day is pretty sorted and I see it working. Previously this was mostly at home, I've now joined the gym (gave in to the fear) and I need to sort my leg/ bum day.
I'm doing 5 sets of 8 of:
Weighted Lunge
Barbell Squat
Leg press
Adductor
Abductor
Deadlift
Honestly, I'm new to it and pretty stuck. I want to make my time effective. Ideas and help?

Find a somewhere that does some HIIT training it will get you doing cardio and weight lifting all in one. I do it 5 days a week and they are hour classes. The good thing about where I go is that they help and make sure that you are doing everything right and with the right form which is very important when lifting.
Also dont do less reps, if you want to tone up and not bulk up you need to go lighter and do more reps or do a round like 20 15 10 5 start at 20 reps then go down in reps like I showed with a decent weight.0 -
Thank you
I do HIIT on my Cardio days, but I'm trying to stick to specific areas and compound moves with my weights. Also I'm pretty sue the gym doesn't so a class like that... I also do Pump and Combat classes.

Ugh...this is a woman. She won't bulk up.0 -
I'm eating at a deficit, too. So I won't end up bulky even if I managed to raise my testosterone. I just want to have a higher muscle vs fat % when I've lost the last 20lbs or so. All my other routine is in place now, so it really is legs. I read new rules for women and believe fewer reps is best.. LIFT HEAVY0
