Can't really see a difference. Is this normal?

Options
So my goal was to loose 10 lbs. I'd eating less, working out and feeling great in general. I'm really close to my goal weight and quite proud of myself. But the thing is, I really can't see a difference at all. My stomach is a bit more defined, but other than that, there's almost no change. My measurements are the same, my clothes feel the same, and when I see myself, I look pretty much the same.

I'm not really sure what to do now. I want to lower my goal weight by maybe 5 lbs, but that would put me in the underweight category (I'm 5"5' ) but I also have a narrow frame so it's fine for me to be at a lower bmi.

Any suggestions?

What change were you hoping to see that you did not?

What's your BF%? Maybe you should worry less about weight at this point, and work more towards decreasing BF% -- if getting a toned look and losing inches is your real goal.

Unless you are lifting heavy, then it's perfectly normal. Five or ten pounds is usually not very noticeable. A good weight lifting routine will probably give you the results you are looking for.
