So some of you lovely people may have seen my previous post where I babble on about my fussy food habits.

I need help! I like yoghurts, but only smooth ones. The only smooth yoghurts for adults I can find are ski smooth and the only flavour is strawberry which is getting a tad boring. I am struggling to find an adult style yoghurt with no bits or pieces in! I don't like all these yoghurts with fruit pieces and mush in them!
My other option is that I eat childrens yoghurts, but theyre normaly smaller pots!

so please please do you know of any yog's that are smooth and readily available in supermarkets!

I would suggest buying a tub of greek yogurt (Fage, Chobani) and mixing in something smooth such as a homemade puree, honey, vanilla, flavored protein powder, etc.
If you just throw your fav fruits in a blender til they are totally pulverized, you can pour it into ice cube trays and freeze them into single servings. Then you can use them whenever!
