Sorry if it sounds harsh, but it irks me when young kids first reaction to losing weight is to take a pill to do it.

I couldn't agree more!0 -
Why would want to try and get healthy, by just adding more poison to your body?
Stop!
Eat at a deficit and move your body!0 -
I think it is just mostly caffeine, right? I really don't think there is any poison in it like some suggest. It will give you energy to workout but you have to lose the weight on your own. You're 20, you can lose the weight with hard work and proper eating so you probably don't need to spend money on any of that stuff.0

Ditto everyone else - Zero, zippo, zilch.0

Zero. Toss the bottle. Jay Sus, don't swallow things that can eat holes in your internal organs.0

None! :-)0

None! They're just plain terrible for you!0

I would return the bottle and get your money back instead of wasting it. Those diet pills don't work and they're horrible for you.0
-
stick to one til it doesn't give you a boost. just don't exceed the warnings(just cycle off if your tolerance gets that high)0
-
I will tell you from experience, do not take them. I took those pills once because I thought there was a magic solution to weight loss (which there is not, just eat at a deficit). Those pills made me shaky and made my heart race like crazy. If you do decide to take the pills after reading our comments, then please be careful.0

Don't take any!!!0

None. But if you're going to ignore everyone replying to this thread and do it anyway then follow the instructions on the bottle.
But in all seriousness return the stuff and do it the right way. Use that $20-$30 towards a personal training session.0 -

drink lots of water with that it can make you dehydrated0

You came to the WRONG place to ask about that kinda crap product. You will get a universal no from anybody that cares even remotely about your health. MFP is full of brutally honest people looking out for you.
Stop taking it. Seriously. Count your calories, weigh your food, exercise, eat back exercise calories (at least 50%), done.0 -

EH, take one a day if you want. Two a day may keep you up at night, which isn't fun if you want to sleep. Just know that taking them won't help you lose fat, or lose weight. They're a highly caffeinated placebo, you can't take a pill instead of exercising and eating properly and expect it to work. Sorry. They'll give you a buzz, that's about it. Expensive-*kitten* buzz, if you ask me.0

Idk. Ripped Fuel killed my high school friend in the past so...I tend to avoid OTC, unregulated stimulants.0
