Calorie intake per day

So I've been working out to Insanity, now on day 23 but I never looked at the nutritional guide until two days ago (I borrowed the insanity from my sister). So as I looked through the guide I notice the formula to use to calculate the total amount of calories to have per day. My total came to 2309 after deducting the 500 to lose weight. This seems pretty high, but wanted to know if anyone else has something similar to me? I am 25, 185lbs, 5'6, and workout 6 days a week to Insanity. I'd like to have a second opinion. I was only eating twice/three times a day but staying under my cal. intake from MFP (1250). I haven't lost any weight and my measurement haven't changed much.

Advice Needed??
