Just want to know what people's thoughts were on the concept of low calorie/high calorie days. Is it as unhealthy as is sometimes claimed? And can it actually help weight loss since it keeps the metabolism 'guessing'?

    I've had great success with it, not sure how healthy/unhealthy it can be but logically thinking it is kinda what our bodies are designed to do naturally as no meal is ever guaranteed.
