Anyone ever try mixing these two travesties together? I wonder if one's disgusting taste would cancel out the other's or if all the magical qualities of Shakeology become null and void.

I like to throw in a dash of raspberry ketones. For good measure. Like adding bitters.

What I would expect to happen would go as follows:

The aspartame in the diet coke would trick your body into thinking it was getting sugar. This would spike your insulin and cause you to store all of the shakeology as fat. Additionally, the diet soda would make you hungry, simply because that's what people say about diet soda. So not only would you have the added fat storage of the shakeology, but you'd then over-eat and store even more fat.

When you end up being obese from this cascade of fat storage, just remember that you never ate in a surplus. It was all caused from diet coke and shakeology.

Additionally, it's plainly obvious that you will get cancer from the aspartame. Fortunately for you, Shakeology's patented blend of nutrients and antioxidants are made from all natural ingredients and as such they will cancel out the cancer you get from the aspartame, netting you a non cancerous, obese body that is chock full of nutrients.

If you decide to go this route, I'd really recommend a mini trampoline if you want any hope of retaining your current physique.

    Best of luck, OP.

I know you are getting joking responses, but this is actually not a bad combination.

I use 8oz of Diet Coke and about 1 and 1/2 scoop of protien. Usually Vanilla Whey, but you can try Casein.

I mix for about 15 seconds and this usually causes an explosion that kills everything for about 4 city blocks.

Once the carnage and blood dripped bodies come to rest, I run around and dip my sack in the remaining goo using a basic teabag motion and run around to make ball prints on the walls around me. This can be logged as cardio.

Best of luck. and FWIW, I think your picture is really cute.

I do Diet Dr pepper and Body by Vi.
Its pretty much the most helish thing you can ever do to your stomach. It tastes like a peppery sewr and just is a horrible bathroom experience about 20 minutes later.

  • ok here's the thing...

when I was new to this whole weight loss thing....

    i had a BRIGHT idea....like totally revolutionary...

I hate cold sh1t. I'm like ALWAYS cold...

and I hated the fvck out of those cold cold protein shakes....

so....i put my protein powder in my nutribullet...

and I turned my tea kettle on and boiled water...

and then added said water to the nutribullet...

and I capped that mother closed...and put it in the motor....and...

    BOOM....

the hot water hitting the protein caused it to expand all over the mother effinnnnnnnnnnng.....kitchen.....there were protein droplets in my hair.....(like prom night but whatever).....

on the ceiling....(also like prom night...but whatever)....

on the floor.....(that however did not happen on prom night )

that shiz HARDENED...like cement....i couldn't clean it fast enough...and I was STILL chipping away at it 4 months later....

so please...read my story...learn from it...

    do NOT mix these....

it will be like this...or mentos and coke....in which case it's cool...and not so much like my prom night....but WHATEVER

Two threads I need to argue about in one!! I'm a ball of rage and confusion and a little sleepy!!!!

    :explode:   :noway:

You're contributing to the misspelling of the word "hell" (see post above yours) and this is making me a ball of rage and confusion, and I'm sleepy, dammit!
