No, it's true - seriously, you guys. No fruit after 3 pm. Also, did you know if you shake your food before you eat it, most of the calories will sink to the bottom - only eat the top half and you won't gain weight....
This is true because a guy at the gym is doing the same thing, and he's totally buff!0 -

It doesn't matter what you eat and when until you stick to calorie intake limit..food is fuel to your body..of course it's nicer to eat healthy food to add vitamins to your system:) don't worry if it's before 3pm or 3am Good luck x0

Haha that's hilarious. I love fruit and have always ate it at different times of the day during my weightloss and still drop pounds and inches0
