I am always rushing in the morning with getting myself and a baby out the door in the morning. I have been eating the quaker oatmeal squares and I also like other granola bars.....basically whatever I can throw in my purse along with a banana usually!! Are any of those granola/breakfast bars better for you than others??......or would greek yogurt be a better choice??

I wouldnt eat a breakfast bar every day, but I eat them. Just choose one that doesnt have so much sugar in them, maybe one with protein! Some of them you might as well eat a snickers!0

Try a smoothie?
I'm always running late for school so my recipe is:
1 cup coffee
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1-1.5 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup soy milk or almond milk (or regular milk)
4 ice cubes
I add 1/3 tsp maple syrup when I use unsweetened almond milk.
Blend for a minute and BAM! You have coffee and breakfast in one cup!0 -
Depends on:
1. What you define as 'healthy' - what are you looking for in a breakfast bar, low energy, high protein, high fibre, etc - depends on your goals.
2. Whether the breakfast bars your consuming, match your goals.
