I have been on here for a while but I am shy and have not posted yet.
I am a 34 year old working mom of 2. I (with some ups and downs) have gone from 160 to around 137 ish. My goal is between 125-130. Any way I am not doing anything ground breaking eating less and exercising more.
Here is my question that need help with. I get very nauseous after everything I eat. I don't vomit but I feel like I have terrible morning sickness. Has this ever happened to you? What was the outcome?
I have been to the doctor and tested for gall bladder issues, diabetes, food allergies and ulcers. I have been to the GI and the only thing they can come up with is IBS.
I am asking here because it seems worse when I am eating well and exercising. It is really frustrating and any help would be greatly appreciated as other wise I feel great from being healthy.
Thanks

The only thing that comes to mind is IBS. I have issues with IBS and sometimes my only symptom is feeling nauseous. I went through a bout during the fall where I was nauseous every day for about 3 months. I changed up my diet a little and it went away. I wish I would have been logging my food at the time because maybe I could've figured out what was triggering it. The only thing I can think that it could've been (for me) was white flour.0

Why do you think it's not the IBS that the doctor suggested?0

I only feel like this the 3 days or so before my period starts.
And to ask the obvious Are you pregnant?0 -
Just because the GI didn't seem too convinced that was really the cause of the nausea, plus he told me if it was there isn't too much to be done about it so I was hoping it was something else that I could mediate with diet...0

I am not, I had my tubes tied after my second C-section and I did a blood test just to confirm.0
