fun=motivation!

Hi everyone!
Dance is an amazing activity for weight loss and so much more! It improves bone density, coordination, strength, endurance and flexibility. It wards off dementia and can even boost your IQ. It is also fun and social, making it more likely that you'll do it often!
I personally love bellydance. It is very fun, safe for all ages, and you don't need shoes or a partner! I've put together a website that includes some inspiring performances and instructional videos. It is a work in progress. Please check it out and let me know what you think
