    - 1 or 2 scoops of chocolate protein powder
    - Half a frozen banana
    - 1 cup raw kale
    - 1 tsp coconut oil
    - 2 tsps chia seeds

    I also do...

Hi! This is what I do.

    Two servings
    1 cup 2% milk
    1 cup plain greek yogurt
    1 banana
1 cup of berries (strawberries, blueberries and mixed berries all work well)
1 cup frozen spinach (or kale)

Done! You can add: 2 TB chia or flax seeds, 2 T of chocolate protein powder, or 1/4 cup of rolled oats if you like.

ETA: I put one smoothie in the freezer and take it out and put it in the fridge right before bed. By the time I get to work the next day it is perfectly defrosted but still cold. I use those freezer tumblers.

If you want metric I usually do this:

Baby Spinach or Kale - 45g (~1 cup)
    Frozen Strawberries - 45g (~4 or 5 strawberries)
    Frozen Blueberries - 30g (~1/5 cup)
    Milk - 4oz (1/2 cup)
    Water - 4oz (1/2 cup)
Vanilla Protein Powder - 17g (1/2 scoop, scoop comes with powder)

Optional: Coconut Oil or Ground Flax Seed. If you want more fat content (keeps you full longer, both have health benefits).

Note: With Kale, I also add lemon juice because it helps cut down on the bitterness, also cut off the stems, helps with the flavor.
