Staying motivated through injury?

I was on Day 2 of Insanity when I sprained my ankle skiing. I was all motivated and feeling great, and now I'm feeling rather dejected and grumpy. It's not a super bad sprain, I'm able to walk on it with only a bit of pain, so long as it's taped. I'm so tempted to do an easier workout, like the 30 DS or something, and just push through the pain. I know that's a recipe for disaster though :(

Any tips on staying motivated while sidelined? Suggestions for exercises that are okay for a gimped up, unmotivated, busy mom?
