Calories needed for 30day shred.

So I see a lot of topics on the 30 day shred, how many calories it burns. I have been doing it for 4 days now. Question that I have not seen is how many calories should I take IN for the shred? Besides basic walking around the house cleaning the shred is the only hard exercise that's done. I have been keeping track of what I have been eating. Basic info:
Height 5'4 , weight 136, trying to loose 10 lbs within one month and 18 days.

    For calories burned in 30 DS, use "circuit training" if you want to be particularly conservative, use "circuit training, curves style"

    Since you are already a healthy weight, 10 lbs. in just over a month may be rather aggressive. With such a specific date, it sounds like you are preparing for an event. I suggest you focus on how you look, rather than the scale and choose a program that will challenge your muscles even more than 30 DS. If you belong to a gym, look into a weight lifting program. If not, consider bodyweight exercises. Fitness blender has a couple of programs that last about 30 minutes.
