Is too much fruit bad for you?

angela, I will check out the replies to this question as well. I eat lots of it, and yesterday, I really enjoyed cantaloupe. In season here in S Texas, and it was tasty
I read that its 80 % water which is a good thing, its filling and its loaded with fibre , which is awesome
only thing is the amount of sugar, but again........I have read that if its not processed or refined sugar, youre pretty safe
I really really like fruit, and for me, again, Im no experty, but Id rather have some healthy fruit, berries, oranges, what ever as opposed to a bag of chips, or candy bars, or worse
I think everything is good with fruit, maybe we have to watch how much we eat? Also, I hope some one puts down how much sugar we are allowed to have as well.....natural sugar that is, not refined or processed............Lloyd0
