Binge advice??

Do you guys have any tips to flat out stop binging? Im always really good for a while and then all of a sudden I just can't stop myself from eating. It makes me feel so disgusting and uncontrollable and there just isn't a point to it or an upside, so I don't know why I keep letting myself do it. I know that tomorrow I'm going to be miserable and I just want this to end. I must have shoved 1800 calories down my throat today and I'm already uncomfortable and bloated and sick to my stomach. Thanks in advance for answering, and pretty please don't scold me haha

Eat "good" or "clean" or "healthy" (whatever those words mean to you) 80% of the time. Fit yummy, portion controlled treats into your calorie goal.
Deprivation can lead to bingeing.
Edited to add that w/ only 6 lb. to lose, set your goal to .5 lb. per week. The closer you are to goal, the more slowly you lose. And the smaller deficit will help you transition to maintenance.
