Breastfeeding burns between 500-600 calories per day, so I'd add that to your net when figuring out how many calories to eat.0

i'm sure there's somewhere on the internet that can tell you how many calories breastfeeding burns in a minute, then add it yourself into the exercise database0

I'm exclusively breastfeeding, so that burns around 450 calories per day. If you're part time breastfeeding, it's more like 300 per day.0

Add breastfeeding in as a cardio exercise at around 500 calories or if you know how many ounces you pump you can add it in your food. Search breastfeeding in food and you will find it and it will automatically subtract the number of calories.0
