Hey everyone! I am a newbie to the My Fitness Pal and I'm loving it so far! I never knew what was in the foods I was eating!

My goal here isn't to loose a ton of weight (just 20-30 lbs) rather to incorporate all round healthier eating and activity into my daily routine! I have a strong line of diabetes in my family and at 24 years old I'm finally starting to think about my future! Postponing such diseases as diabetes and heart disease is my goal here.

I need people in my life that can encourage me to continue on this path as well as call me out when need be! Add me if you would like to continue on this journey with me! I look forward to meeting all those in the My Fitness Pal World! :smile:

    Welcome! I'm a newbie here too. I'm looking to lose about the same.

    So far I'm really happy and impressed with not only the resources on MFP but also the community.
