Hi.. I'm wanting to upgrade to a better stationary bike. I have been using one that I bought several yeara ago. The seat is very uncomfortable and I don't think the bike's computer counts calories correctly. It's a Pro Form XP 185 U. I need some suggestions as to what are good brands, etc., to shop for. Waiting to hear....

Do you have a regular bike that you ride? Buy a Cycleops trainer to hook up to your bike and spin away. Use a heart rate monitor to calculate your burn.0
