Calorie Question!

So today I had a bad day and ate 131 extra calories (after exercise). However Monday and Tuesday I have about 275 calories that I didn't eat. So in the end does everything average out? Insight would be AWESOME!

Trying not to be hard on myself I just don't want to sabotage myself this time.

    In general, it all averages out. Many people shoot for weekly goals rather than daily.

    I wouldn't sweat that few of calories, specially if you ate under the day before. I wouldn't make it a habit though, you do need to be at a deficit to lose. JMO

    Thanks For the replies!! I stress a bit more then I should so I really appreciate the replies so quickly! I am unable to work out like most can because I have a back injury so my exercise is me walking here at Campus (in college, and during Physical Therapy). Last week along I lost 2.4lbs! So I want to say on that path!
