I have lost 30 lbs so far. I went from being very inactive to being very active in the past 5 months. I adverage between 5 and 7 miles a day 5 days a week at work. I drink 1-2 gal of water a day. I work on a production line so i am constantly moving atleast 9 hours a day. My calves are rock hard muscles, arms and butt have toned up, but my inner things and stomach need toning up. I'm not quite sure what all i need to do. Any advice is appreciated.

Overall lowered BF%.
Look into a strength training program.
Really.....that's it. There is no specific exercise to "tone" a certain area. Tone comes from a lowered overall BF%. You should do some sort of strength/weight training in order to preserve muscle mass as you lose weight. This will make sure you lose mainly fat and water, thus uncovering the muscles you've been preserving giving you better definition.0 -
Just keep doing what you're doing. We all lose weight at different rates in different places, your tummy and thighs will likely be the last to go. But with at least 40# left to lose (according to your ticker), you'll definitely lose in those places.0
