Easier to gain, harder to lose.

I realized that its really easy to gain weight rather than losing the weight! I wish it was the other way around! LOL. I have tried everything such as Abidexin, the weight loss pill; but it did not work for me. I think part of my problem why i am having such a hard time shredding the pounds away would be because I have no energy at all! I need to find like a multi vitamin that can help me with my energy. I need help with dieting, most of the stuff you put in the recipes, I have never heard of! I enjoy exercising daily but eating will always be the thing to do when I'm excited or moody. Must eat fruits and vegetables!! I'm currently 5'4'' at 175 pounds. Its really tough on me to think about how much I weigh now.

Get your thyroid levels checked. Any food allergies that you know of ? How's your estrogen levels ?
  • Honey, if it makes you feel any better...your starting weight is my goal weigh! Good luck! xoxoxo

I totally get where you're coming from. The way I look at it is that right now, at this very moment, someone's goal weight is what your current weight is. You may feel like you're really heavy but you currently have my goal weight (I'm 216 lbs). What I'm trying to say is that you have to focus on the positive. If you're like me and you've done yo-yo dieting, then you understand that we have to keep strong otherwise we're going to fall back into that 'yo-yo'. Always remember why you're doing it!

You're on this board, going to the gym... believe me, that's such a huge step! Just keep strong! <3

You said you need help with dieting, so what would you like to know?

And I feel you. It would be totally awesome if we could lose it as easily as we gained it.
  • Yes, I got my thyriod level checked and it came back normal.

And everytime I try to start dieting, I'm not sure what most of the ingredients are in the recepies.I was looking at buying a juicer, but I have not heard any reviews about it :)

Juicers are overrated, I like to eat my calories, especially if I have to restrict them.

You probably don't have to completely change the way you eat. Just less food and more fresh veggies and fruits. Avoiding sugar helps.

I live in a small town and can't get ahold of all the fancy foods haha. And I've done fine.

I've learned eating smaller portions of foods you already love helps you to keep to it. :)
