I'm started running 10 100m sprints a few times a week but have no idea what I should post this exercise under. Any suggestions?

You need a calorie counting. That is the only way to get the accurate count.0

I just log it as running at my normal pace, and put in what my HRM says.0

If you don't have a HRM, I would log it as an average pace over all time running.0

10 100m meter sprints represents only about 3 min of total exercise.0
