Controlling the digestive process?

I have had the worst happen to me while performing cardio at the last days of my routine before i could take a short break. Basically, for my last recorded week, I've began feeling like ive been wanting to throw up every time i was doing my main 30 min of cardio on the elliptical. It's a terrible feeling to endure while working out with the thought of puking out your guts. :sick:
Sadly, after having one week off from intense workouts and hoping that one puking feeling would go away...it still continued

I've never had this feeling happen to me on my diet and daily workout routine, and i have no idea on why it spontaneously occurred. I think its my digestive system beginning to process the food at the moment of my workout but idk :/ so does anyone know how i can control my digestive system to begin its process earlier instead of it activating on the moment im on my cardio workout?

I always workout at 10:30 pm so, yeah :happy:
