One month check in, so far, so good!

One month in (this trip) and I'm down 12 lbs, an inch and a half in my hips, three inches lost around my thigh, four from around my bust, three around my chest (under bust) ... And I am loving these new eating habits. (Not dieting at all.. Have had pizza, steak and shrimp twice, chocolate, ice cream, and anything else that I want. I just work it into my calories) I've been consistently over in both carbs and sodium so I am still working on that but it hasn't prevented me from losing weight and inches. All in all, I am a happy me!
