21 and Making a Change

Hello! My name is Mariah and just this past week I've made the decision to get serious and get in shape!

I did really good awhile back tracking my progress with the My Fitness Pal app and doing workouts with EA Sports Active. I lost about 20 lbs but lo and behold I gained it back and THEN-SOME. Now I'm 10 lbs heavier than when I started back then and I've had it!

So i'm going to whip myself into shape and lose the weight I should have kept off, and more!

I currently weigh 160 lbs. I've looked into what should be a healthy weight for my height and age, which seems to be between 103 and 136 lbs, so I've made my goal 120 lbs : )

Current goals:

Drink more water!
Stop snacking out of boredom!
Get back into a workout routine!
