TDEE or MFP?

Hi all. Do you use a TDEE calculation for your daily calorie allowance or do you use what MFP gives you? Which is more accurate? I have been using a TDEE calculation and nearly at goal weight. As I've less than 10lbs to lose, what percentage do I subtract from my TDEE? Any advice would be most welcome. X
