Just a quick intro for me... started using this app on my iPhone about 3 weeks ago and so far 12 lbs are gone and hoping more to come... I am stil exploring everything this site has to offer so advise is always welcome.

    Congrats on the weight loss so far! The website is awesome and I love the Community aspect since you can't get that with the app.
