...how do you get enough fibre?

I don't think there is anything wrong with limiting your carb intake to a certain amount, but when people go on these extremely low carb diets I wonder how they get enough fibre.

AT least eat fruit and vegetables.

    People that cut carbs count net carbs, which are carbs minus fiber. Low carb diets usually want you to eat a good portion of veggies as long as they're not starchy (legumes, etc), and will allow small portions of fruits as long as they fit into your net carbs for the day (unless you're on a strict version, like Atkins induction)
