    What things you KNOW that you should do, but don't do?

    For me right now:
    -Have a "set" sleep schedule, because I just cannot sleep at a certain time sometimes.
    -Should avoid hitting the snooze button in the morning, but started again.

    I had to put my alarm clock on the dresser so I have to get out of bed to turn it off, that made me stop hitting the snooze button.

    Accept/go on more dates
    Keep up workout/eating schdeule more consistently
    And the list just goes on lol
