PHD Diet Whey!

Hey Guys, Wondering if any of you have had good results with the PHD Diet Whey? I recently just bought a 1kg bag of the strawberry delight and think it taste's ace!! When I read you only need 175ml of water with your one scoop a was like 'whaaaaaat?' as it says it fills you up. So I tried it yesterday at lunch and I have to say it kept my cravings at bay until dinner time. I was amazed! Also had one after my workout last night. I'm excited to try out for the whole week and see where it gets me :)

ps. Dont want any smart comments saying you would rather have food than shakes :)
