Starting the 30 day shred today

When I get home from work today I am going to start the 30 day shred program. My weight loss has hit a plateau and I feel like I need something new to get it started again. Does anyone have any tips or advice for this program? It seems like quite a few people have had success with it, I figure if nothing else it will get me moving and that's never a bad thing. Anything would be appreciated :)
