Looking for walking/running trail

Hi I moved to Colonial Heights, Virginia December this year. I've recently started logging MFP but am having a time finding walking trails near my area. I've checked on-line, however, the hours I'm available to walk is when the local High School has the most traffic. All Metro Parks are quite a distance away. Is there anyone familiar with the trails in this area?
