More motivation.

Hello!
i used to be be around 238 pounds i manged to loose 70lbs back in 2010/2011, Then with family problems and just genereal life problems i started to comfort eat and slowly but surely started putting the pounds back on, But its time for a change ( A BIG ONE) i am currently weighing around 220 pounds am my target is around 154 pounds. I do light exercise every day like walking and jumping rope and just dancing about my house,
so that's abit about myself and my lifestyle, feel free to add me

We are very similar as far as weight, goals and exercise regimen. If you truly want to change your life friend me...if you want someone to coddle you or listen to your excuses why you are not being successful do not bother. You have to want this as much as your want to breathe.0
