Turkey meatloaf

Options
2 - 1 lb. jennie-o ground turkey
1 cup cooked brown rice
2 egg beaters
1/2 cup of chopped onion
1 cup of organic tomato sauce
1/2 cup of green bell pepper chopped/diced
sprinkle little salt
sprinkle pepper to your liking..

and rest of can of tomato sauce for top

add ingredients to ground turkey one at a time.. no special order.. put in a deep corning ware and spread the remainder of the tomato sauce on top.. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 mins... sometimes I cook 1:30

cut into 8 servings...
