Favorite Not So Unhealthy Cheat Food

Just a question, always looking for things that might be good to enjoy occasionally that aren't completely unhealthy.

For me, my major one is White Cheddar Popcorn, I love it, and eat it a few times a week--the mini-100 calorie bags. How bout you all?

Not too sure what makes a food unhealthy, that being the case, not sure anything actually qualifies as "cheating" in my book. I guess I'd go with fried chicken since I usually don't do fried chicken.

Eat what you want, in moderation, make it fit into your macros, maintain caloric deficit, still lose weight.

I don't have any "cheat" foods because all foods are valid healthy choices.

    mint chocolate chip milk shake

    beef wellington

    ribs

    donuts

    These choices sound delicious!

"not so unhealthy cheat food" sounds like an oxymoron to me.

    My "cheat foods" would be:

    pizza
    fried chicken
    mac n cheese
    loaded cheese fries
    buffalo wings

The list goes on, but I'll just stop here as a favor to myself and you all. Haha.

However, the great thing about these items is there's ways to still have them, but make them "healthier" by making yourself with lower fat/calorie ingredients.

I am in love with the Fiber One cinnamon cake squares. They're not really cheating because they're 90 calories and 20% of your daily fiber but they TASTE like you're cheating. For some reason, psychologically, that works for me!

Dark chocolate is a good one.

Also skinny, sugar-free syrup lattes. Not particularly healthy (syrup), but low in calories, sweet and that all-important caffeine boost!!!
