This is when you know you're obssessed with hitting your macros.

I'm having my typical lunch which consists of 1 can tuna (in water of course...) with sriracha hot chili sauce, any type of coke zero, pepsi max, or sprite zero, and I've been getting the snack bags of kellogs special k snack chips for something crunchy (I tend to want something crunchy) and the vending machine was ll out. So I was combing it for a replacement, didnt want peanuts or a protein bar (have plenty of those) and picked cheez-its. Read the nutrition label and was like SON OF A.........ya ya i know im good if i still hit my macros for the day but I'm def not used to eating (at least what i've recently been doing which is being strict with macros) a snack which such high numbers.........

I have the REGRET NOTHING mentality but this one's hard to choke that too...

Do you not like cheez its? ! :o. If it makes you feel better I met my macros Tuesday night but let a dunkin donuts glazed chocolate donut slip into my mouth. Life happens. If it's tasty and within your calories, you've met your macros..what's the issue?

It's crazy that I think a cheat snack is bad and not even a cheat meal.....and yes i love cheez-its haha but I have strayed away from eating such foods. Still gota get better at this and plan variety meals.

I like to think of foods as what they are in a macro breakdown. Once you've met your macros, the calories remaining can be from whatever you want. Food is food. No guilt!

IIFYM. Once you hit your macros, you should still have room in your calorie deficit, and then allow yourself the other foods. Or make room for the cheez its in your macros. It's much less likely you'll be successful in the long run if you try to deprive yourself by just eating tuna fish and pepsi zero for lunch.... 100 calories for lunch?

This. I have days where everything is home-cooked, and days when everything is fast food. Still hit my macros, still enjoy every bite.

No I don't just have tuna, I add something to it to get around 300 to 400 calls but the macros i didnt like with the cheez-its lol. No regrets as theyre currently in my stomache....i guess the basis of this was i havent planned variety into my meal plans yet. As you can tell by my diary I'm eating pretty much the same stuff for a while, only thing ive realy been changing is fish and protein bar brands.

Also, eating albacore every day is a very very bad idea. Tuna is high in mercury by nature, being a predator, and albacore is several times higher even than light tuna.

You're consuming a TON of mercury. I'd cut that out immediately. You should be looking at a max of maybe 3 5-oz cans per week

Ok, I've changed my macs from 60% protein, 20% carbs, 20% fat to 40% protein, 20% carbs, 40% fat. I'm technically in fat loss mode. I've cut the carbs down within the recommended carb intake for fat-loss guide I'm using which has 50-100g range. So this is a set level which will then change my protein and fat percentages (I'm using a macros program to determin the ranges/calories/ etc). I'll def back off on the tuna and review other options.

The reduced fat cheezits are my obsession...I had to give them up. For 140 calories and tons of sodium they just weren't worth it for the amount that you get.

I found a replacement for them...Nut-Thins...less calories...less sodium...and a whole lot more for the bang.

I can't...I won't...allow cheezits in my house...I would eat them...I have no will power against them! LOL
