Oh, you are asking a QUESTION. I thought you were giving us an ORDER: Go to Snacks. Go directly to Snacks. Do not pass Go. Do not collect $200.

    Silly me.

My new favorite thing is cottage cheese - straight up, no fruit, or nuts or whatever else people put. You can have a lot for few calories, and it is the ONE thing I don't eat fast lol. I am a very fast eater and it can get me into trouble. I love that there is something I can easily eat slowly, especially for a snack and I don't tend to overeat it and I feel satisfied. It is also how I get most of my protein lol.

I boil 10 eggs and keep them in the fridge. Best snack ever!
Yogurt + 1 tablespoon of oatmeal
    Apple +12 almonds
A handful of rosted peanuts ( I am very disciplined with measuring!)
    Fruit salad
2 whole wheat toasts and cheese
    Banana
    150 - 200 g of cottage cheese
    A small piece of pizza
Oatmeal pancakes (4'' in diameter - mix 1 egg, 90g solid yogurt and 40 g of old fashioned oatmeal)
    Protein bar
    Veggie salad with feta
    Ice cream

I have a plan to bake high protein muffins as well and freeze them.

Everything that was already mentioned plus homemade trail mix. Pumpkin seeds/raisins/sometimes walnuts or almonds. I weigh and portion into snack baggies.

I have become addicted to cruskits with Philadelphia cream cheese, 6 of those for less then 200 cals so it does the trick for me. You can add things like tuna or cucumber or anything you want. Great thing is that is is low in carbs and sodium, and of course sugar. I eat it all the time and hardly touch bread anymore so it has really helps my carb cravings.
